Hi, I'm Shane Cabe, the owner of Evolution Contractor Consulting Services. My business was formed in March 2019 in Jacksonville, Fl after leaving a successful commercial, industrial, and property coatings sales career in the paint industry. The time had come to add to my personal development and take 25+ years of knowledge direct to the clients. As in my corporate career, Evolution Contractor Consulting Services is founded on honesty, commitment, ambition, attentiveness, diversity in thinking and expansive experience.

The coatings journey started in Georgia. The ensuing ten years took me to Seattle, Las Vegas, Nashville, and landed me in Jacksonville for the past eighteen years. All of these areas of the country presented opportunities to become skillful in resolving unique property concerns and began my lifelong training in architectural and industrial coatings. I have seen all types of substrates in diverse types of environments.  This has given me a distinctive perspective regarding properties and has lead to a continuing education on the varying types and applications of coatings.  I have the background and knowledge to assess any property condition as well as the understanding to meet all budget parameters.  The services are designed for owners, managers, contractors, maintenance directors, and commercial real estate.  This includes assistance with capital improvement budgeting and analysis. Also, as a coatings consultant, I have a skillset designed for the contractor. Our envelope covers specific lead generation, sales, networking, site meetings, pre planning, safety implementation, reporting, estimating, growing customer base, tracking profit, marketing and branding assistance, resources for project notices and planning, vendor packages, beginning or growing government segments, insurance requirement consultation, and so much more.
