Freelance Estimating Package:

  • Single project partnership (up to 50,000 SQ FT)

  • Identify targeted lead based on client's capabilities.

  • Complete takeoff (refer to option list 1 & 2 above for details).

  • Competitive analysis for proposal

  • (1) Plan revision and bid adjustment if requested.  Additional at local hourly rate.

  • Project follow up and award confirmation.

Pre-project 1-Hour Safety Training:

Onsite training (up to 10 people) in everything they will need to set them up for a safe, successful project. 

Topics include:

  • Ladder and scaffold safety

  • PPE

  • Material hazards and handling

  • Confined space hazards and much more

For outside NE FL or to be trained in Spanish, call for custom quote.

Non-exclusive takeoffs for sale:

ECCS frequently provides small scale complete takeoffs for NE and Central FL open bidding at a discounted rate.
